Consultation:
We Always do a pre wedding Consultation to discusses your various
options for creating your custom video. At this time you may review other wedding videos on our high definition wide screen television in order to get more ideas of what you want. Watch as many as you like! You will be given a form to fill out asking for times and dates plus names of attendants, your band or DJ, songs that you want included, etc. If you don't know all the details just yet, you may mail that in at a later date. .
Multi-Cam:
We always capture multi-camera coverage of your wedding and reception
using a minimum of 4 cameras, 2broadcast quality and 3CCD high definition camcorders. Depending on your needs, we have additional cameras and will use
as many as necessary to capture your wedding at no additional charge.
Ceremony:
We always use Three Manned Cameras at your ceremony. In addition we
offer 1-2 unmanned cameras to capture additional angles. We arrive at least 3
hours prior to the ceremony in order to be set up and ready for your wedding ceremony.
Pre-Wedding Interviews: If you would like, we capture pre-wedding interviews of the bride and groom before wedding. See Pre-Wedding interview page for more information.
Audio: We always use three wireless microphones. This system provides triple
backup for perfect audio. Lav mics are hidden on the groom, officant,
and hidden on stage or decorations.
Reception:
We use at least three manned cameras at your reception! Each
event, from the bridal party entrance to the bouquet toss is captured
and edited between two cameras at all times, while a third camera is set up to do interviews of all your guests and relatives.
Enhanced lighting system: Used when there are low light situations.
Unlimited Coverage: We always stay until the very end. Usually we're the last ones there! You will get complete, unlimited coverage of reception from wedding party introduction, couples first dance, cutting of the cake,toasts, bouquet and garter toss to the couples exit scene. We capture all the events!
Interview Station: We record Interviews and “well-wishes” from all of your special guests. See video samples page
for more examples. During your reception we set up a special interview
station where guests can record a private message which is inter-cut
with your video. These greetings can often be quite entertaining and great fun to watch on your video!
Editing:
We do custom editing using graphic titles and computer generated
animations. Custom music of your choice with stereo sound mixing. We Always
shoot our video in 16x9 aspect ratio for optimal viewing on wide screen
TVs. This allows your video to fill the screen of all future TVs.
Custom DVD Menu:
We deliver your final DVD,s with a customized complex menu system.
Chapter points allow you to select specific events such as the Vows,
Bouquet Toss, or First Dance or you may chose to watch it non-stop from beginning to end.. Text, logo, and graphics are printed directly
on disc!. No paper labels. Two DVD's are included in your wedding package.
Wedding Rehearsal: Attendance is key to
planning camera placement, microphone systems and arrangements with
your church, event facility and officiating wedding coordinator.
Preliminary DVD copy: Once your wedding video is complete we will send you a preliminary copy to review. This gives you an opportunity to perhaps change a song, take out something you don't feel is important or maybe change a menu title. Usually we have nothing to change, but we would like you to be completely satisfied before we burn your final two copies.
